Region of Niagara Project Design and Technical Specifications Manual Updates

GM BluePlan was retained to provide a review and update for Project Design and Technical Specfications Manual including a gap analysis in view of regulatory requirements, engineering standards, and best practices. The development of Region’s Design Standards involved the evaluation of the existing document in view of current standards, regulatory requirements, standards from other locales, and current industry best practices to provide the basis for commentary on items that individual staff members may not have necessarily considered.
