Habitat for Humanity Wellington Dufferin Guelph Infill

This project involved the site engineering for a residential condominium complex for Habitat for Humanity, including site grading, servicing, stormwater management. One key challenge was the extreme slopes across the site under existing conditions. Working with the architect, walk-out units were designed to help make up some of the grade differential.
