GM BluePlan was retained to provide insight into options with respect to their current Computerized Maintenance Management solution, its progress, costs incurred to date and options moving forward. The CMMS Market Evaluation and Investment Analysis was initiated due to the lack of perceived progress in the implementation Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management version 2.2, “WAM”, and the escalating costs for both implementation services and software to recognize the City’s core work order management goals. The intent of this assignment is to determine the best return on investment for the City going forward taking into account the current “as is” and preferred “to be” implementation states along with current and future projected costs.
