City of Hamilton Woodward Upgrade Program – Operational Readiness Framework

As a part of the City of Hamilton’s Clean Water Program, the Woodward Wastewater Treatment Plant is being upgraded in order to improve effluent quality, to capture and treat additional wet weather flow, and to expand capacity to accommodate development growth. These upgrades involve a number of sub-projects which touch almost all aspects of treatment, and will take about 4 years (starting early 2017 through to 2021) to complete.
