City of Waterloo Infrastructure Asset Analytical System Training

The purpose of this project was to provide training to staff in the City who are actively using the City’s infrastructure asset analytical system. There are two primary goals for this project:

Develop materials and provide in-person technical training on the analytical system to individuals within the asset management team that will be involved with the implementation of the tool going forward.
Develop and perform testing scenarios that will help GMBP measure the success of the training and knowledge transfer to city personnel
