Region of Waterloo Infrastructure Asset Management Analysis

GM BluePlan (GMBP) was retained by the Region of Waterloo (ROW) to review, develop and support the integration of Lucity Work Management System (WMS) and Decision Support System (DSS). Using an integrated methodology, GMBP coordinated ROW Staff and system developers (eGovsolutions and DirectIT) to outline work and business flows, exchange and availability of information and the current “as is” state of systems in place. Through workshop, and meetings, GMBP gathered the necessary information to identify gaps and work management strategies needed in the implementation of the new system.
