Craigie’s Harbourview Restaurant

GM BluePlan provided the foundation design for a new restaurant to replace the original building, which had been a landmark in Tobermory for decades. Due to the near proximity of Little Tub Harbour, we assisted with obtaining approvals from the various approvals agencies. Another challenge was the construction timeline, which had to be done late in the fall, after the busy tourist season. The superstructure was constructed off-site, and craned into place after the foundation was constructed. The project was completed early in 2015, in time for the next busy summer season.
